What areas do you serve?
We currently provide mobile massage services on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and throughout Anne Arundel County. If you’re unsure whether your location is within range, please reach out for confirmation.
How does a mobile massage appointment work?
We bring the full spa experience to your door — including a massage table, linens, oils or lotions, heating pad, and bolsters. All you need to provide is a quiet, comfortable space large enough for the setup and your relaxation.
This is my first massage - what should I expect?
Relax. There’s no need to talk unless you’d like to. Your comfort and quiet time are the priority. You’re not expected to move a muscle — your therapist will position your body as needed. Many guests fall asleep during treatment, and we take that as the highest compliment.
What types of massage do you offer?
Services include Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, and relaxation massage. Each session is customized to meet your specific needs and comfort level.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled online through the booking link on my website. You’re also welcome to reach out directly if you need assistance or have special requests.
How should I prepare for my session?
Please ensure pets are secured, the space is quiet, and there’s access to an outlet if heating elements or music are requested. For best results, drink plenty of water before and after your session.
What should I wear during my massage session?
Please dress with your comfort in mind. It’s recommended that you remove jewelry, including necklaces and earrings. Your comfort is always the priority — you may leave on any clothing that helps you feel at ease. You will remain properly draped at all times. Some services may require additional exposure, which will be discussed beforehand.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal), as well as cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available on our website — the perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, or moments of self-care. They can be redeemed for services or products at full purchase price for up to four years from the date of purchase. Gift certificates should be treated like cash and must be presented at the time of service.
Can I book a massage for someone else or for an event?
Absolutely! I offer on-site services for couples, small gatherings, and wellness events. Please contact me directly for group rates and availability.
What if I’m not ready for my massage when the therapist arrives?
If you’re not ready at your scheduled time, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting other appointments. The full service fee will still apply.
Are gratuities included?
Gratuities are not included. While tipping is never expected, it is always appreciated. A 20% gratuity is customary for exceptional service, based on the undiscounted price. You may tip your therapist directly after your massage.
What safety and hygiene measures do you follow?
All equipment and linens are thoroughly sanitized between clients, and strict hygiene protocols are maintained to ensure your comfort and safety.
What if I am pregnant? Can I still receive a massage?
Yes. I offer treatments designed specifically for expectant mothers after the first trimester, with physician approval. Please inform your therapist if you are pregnant or nursing.
